Through our unique relationship with Boone County Family Court, our specially trained volunteers strive to promote through advocacy a safe permanent home for abused and neglected children.

Boone County CASA is always looking for committed volunteers who want to make a difference in the life of a child. The following questions can help you determine if being a CASA volunteer is the right volunteer opportunity for you.

What is a CASA?
CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocate. A CASA is a trained community volunteer who is appointed by the Family Court Judge to advocate for the best interest of an abused, neglected, or dependent child in Boone County
